Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Replacement/Refund Policy
Fanoos.Co provides a 7-day replacement/refund under the following circumstances:
The product received is not the product that was ordered;
The product is unwanted;
The product was damaged in transit.
The 7-Day replacement warranty is valid for 7 days starting on the date of delivery/collection as indicated on the order invoice.
Please note:
If you return an unwanted product to us, you must ensure that the product is returned in mint condition and in the original packaging. If you fail to return the item in this condition, we are entitled to refuse the return. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at fanoosco@outlook.com to find out if you are eligible for a return. Further information will then be sent on how you can return the product to us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 2-3 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS    
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Classic Candles:
325ml Container with a minimum burn time of 35 hours. Our candles are made with 2 wicks which allows the candle to burn down evenly and eliminates tunneling. Tunneling is when a candle does not melt all the way to the sides.

Reed Diffusers:
150ml Container with a lifespan of 2 - 3 months. To extend your product's lifespan avoid placing the diffuser in the sun. Our reed diffuser does not use traditional rattan reed but rather a fiber reed which contributes to a greater dispersion of product.

Wood Top Diffusers:
300ml container with a lifespan of between 4 - 6 months. Due to it's closed top design this product is long lasting, functional and not overpowering. This unique design allows for the fragrance to disperse through a wood top which adds a woody note to any fragrance.

Room and Linen Mists:
200ml or 500ml glass bottle. Our room and linen mists make use of an atomizer cap to disperse fragrance better while saving product.
Candles can be dangerous if not used properly.
Please follow these safety precautions:
Keep candles away from flammable materials such as curtains, bedding, and clothing. Always
place candles on a heat-resistant surface, and
never leave them unattended. Trim the wick to ¼inch before lighting to prevent excessive
flame and smoking. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not touch or move a
burning candle, as the wax and glass may be hot. Never use a candle as a nightlight or
leave it burning while sleeping. Extinguish candles before leaving the room or going to
bed. Extinguish the flame when there is ½ Inch of wax remaining. Do not blowout candles, as this can cause hot wax to splatter. Remember, safety is key when using Candles. Always exercise with caution when enjoying their warmth and glow.


How to put out a Candle:
Use a metal or wooden stick to dip the burning wick in the melted wax pool. This will ensure that there is no smoke after putting out the candle and the fragrance will linger for longer.
